Products and applications
What does Blutrax supply?
Blutrax supplies electric forklifts from 1.8T to 3.5T, plus selected material handling equipment such as pallet trucks and scissor lifts for warehouse, logistics and industrial use.
How do I choose the right forklift capacity?
Start with your maximum load weight, load centre, aisle width, lift height, floor surface and usage hours. Blutrax can recommend a suitable model once you provide the application details.
Are the forklifts lithium-ion?
The current Blutrax electric forklift range uses lithium-ion battery systems. Battery capacity and charging details vary by model and should be confirmed in your quotation.
Do you supply used forklifts or rentals?
Blutrax is currently focused on new equipment sales and dealer or commercial supply. If used stock or short-term hire becomes available, it will be confirmed directly in writing.
Quoting, delivery and finance
How fast can I get a quote?
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days, subject to enquiry volume and the level of technical detail required.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. Blutrax can discuss delivery to warehouses, logistics sites and industrial buyers across Australia. Delivery cost and timing depend on stock location, destination and site access.
Is finance available?
Finance options may be available through third-party finance providers or referral partners. Approval, rates and repayment terms are subject to the provider's assessment and documents.
Are listed prices final?
Website prices are indicative and may change with stock availability, freight, options, exchange rates and promotions. Where a price is shown as including GST, GST is included. A written quote should be used for purchasing decisions.
Support, safety and dealer enquiries
Do you provide warranty and parts support?
Warranty, parts and after-sales support depend on the model, configuration and sale terms. Ask for warranty coverage, exclusions and service arrangements before placing an order.
Who is responsible for forklift operation and licensing?
The customer is responsible for safe operation, site risk controls, maintenance checks and ensuring operators hold the appropriate licences or training required under workplace health and safety laws.
Can dealers or distributors contact Blutrax?
Yes. Dealer, reseller and wholesale enquiries are welcome. Include your location, sales channel, expected volume and the models you are interested in.
